I just love the spacious clean and nice interior room, it make me feel like at my own house. ❤️ The check-in at out process was smooth and easy to get car park. The only thing is the elevator can only fit around 8 ppl and very stuffy.

A NEW AIR BNB IN SG. PENCHALA. AN ADEQUATE SIZE OF APARTMENT WITH 2 BEDROOMS AND A TOILET. COZY BEDS, CLEAN LINENS AND CLEAN APARTMENT. NONETHELESS, REACHING THE PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE SINCE GOOGLE MAP HAS YET TO UPDATE THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE PLACE. DO NOT RELY ON GOGGLE MAP. PARKING CHARGES IS A MAXIMUM OF RM6.00. DO PARK AT B1-B3 TO REACH THE APARTMENT.

The room itself is comfy and aesthetic with very clean toilet & bed (except for the carpet — quite obvious dirt on it, but it doesn't bother me since it's on the floor and not to sleep/sit on). Basic kitchen cutleries are provided like a pair of plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, fork and spoon etc. and there's a convenience store (Bila-Bila Mart) next to the lobby. The entrance of the building however, was quite difficult to find. The host has emailed the instructions on how to get there and where to park, but people who are unfamiliar/new to the area like me may find it pretty confusing. It is quite a new location with many construction going on at the area, but thankfully there were security guards who were helpful to guide us.

Uber or Grab could not stop at the lobby... Need to wait car by walking around 300m and go to lower floor... It's a bit troublesome....
